Two books on diversity

That I would like to read:

• Diversity: Leaders, Not Labels: A New Plan for the 21st Century by Stedman Graham
• Managing Multicultural Lives: Asian American Professionals and the Challenge of Multiple Identities by Pawan Dhingra

I heard about Stedman Graham's book on a local radio show, and I attended a talk given by Pawan Dhingra where he discussed a chapter from his upcoming book. Rosner suggests that too much attention has been paid to race, gender and ethnicity in diversity training, yet many problems related to racial and sexual discrimination still exist in the workplace. I am curious to see what other authors might suggest as an alternative to traditional diversity training, if that is what these books address.
